Shipping
The checkout currently offers the following delivery methods. The final shipping charge is reviewed before payment.

Orders can currently be submitted for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
Free Shipping
Orders at $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. This applies automatically at checkout, with no promo code needed.
Returns and Refunds
Return and refund terms have not yet completed authorized policy review, so this page does not promise a return window, refund, exchange, or prepaid label. Before purchasing, email hello@sassyspetproducts.com with any policy questions. For an existing order, include the order reference so the team can review the request.
Damaged or Defective Products
If an order arrives damaged or appears defective, email hello@sassyspetproducts.com with the order reference and photos when available. The team will review the request and explain the available next step; this page does not promise a particular remedy.
