Online ordering is not open yet. The checkout is configured to offer the following delivery methods after final operational and policy approval.

The planned delivery area is the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Final availability and the exact shipping charge will be confirmed before payment once ordering opens.
Planned Free Shipping
The launch configuration applies free standard shipping to eligible orders at $50 or more, with no promo code. This offer remains subject to final launch approval.
Returns and Refunds
Return and refund terms have not yet completed authorized policy review, so this page does not promise a return window, refund, exchange, or prepaid label. Before purchasing, email hello@sassyspetproducts.com with any policy questions. For an existing order, include the order reference so the team can review the request.
Damaged or Defective Products
If an order arrives damaged or appears defective, email hello@sassyspetproducts.com with the order reference and photos when available. The team will review the request and explain the available next step; this page does not promise a particular remedy.
