This notice describes the data paths implemented in the reviewed website source. It does not claim that a particular production deployment, provider account, retention schedule, or legal program is active.
Information You Submit
Checkout may collect contact and shipping details, cart selections, the selected shipping method, and transaction references. After the final total is accepted in Square card mode, checkout may also collect a same-as-shipping choice or a separate cardholder billing address for Square verification. Contact and pro forms collect the fields shown in those forms. Newsletter signup records the email address, consent action, source, policy version, copy version, and event time.
Durable Form and Consent Records
Contact requests, pro applications, and newsletter consent events are accepted only after the configured database records them. Newsletter signup uses double opt-in: the initial request is pending until the emailed confirmation token is used. Confirmation and withdrawal are stored as append-only events.
Local Cart Data
The shopping cart uses browser local storage so items can remain between page views. Clearing site data in your browser removes that local cart copy. Payment-card details are entered through the configured payment provider. A separately entered billing address is sent to Square at tokenization time and is excluded from this storefront's order request, database record, cart, and checkout-recovery storage.
Service Providers
When activated, Cloudflare hosts the application and database, Square handles catalog, order, payment, and cardholder billing verification operations, and Resend handles email delivery. Each provider receives only the data required for its configured role. Provider accounts and production processing were not verified by this technical copy review.
Marketing Choice
A checkout, support request, or pro application does not by itself create newsletter consent. Newsletter email begins only after a separate request and confirmation. Every confirmed subscription receives a private unsubscribe link that records withdrawal.
Retention and Deletion
The source creates durable operational and consent records, but an authorized retention schedule and deletion workflow remain a human legal and operations decision. Live activation should not occur until those decisions, backup handling, and consumer-request procedures are approved.
Access, Correction, and Withdrawal
Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter email to withdraw marketing consent. For access, correction, or deletion questions, email hello@sassyspetproducts.com and include the relevant submission or order reference when available.
Children
The storefront is directed to adults purchasing pet-care products. Age-related language and any required handling of a child's information must be confirmed by authorized counsel before live activation.
