Are Sassy's sprays suitable for every pet?
The website does not make a species-wide, breed-wide, daily-use, or sensitivity-safety promise. Check the current package for the intended species and directions, and ask a veterinarian about an individual pet's needs.
What ingredients do you use?
Use the complete ingredient list on the current package as the formula reference. The website intentionally limits copy to scent, intended use, and current cautions until an authorized reviewer approves the formula and label.
Do scent names describe ingredients or health effects?
No. Honey almond, vanilla, chamomile, cucumber, lavender, and cherry apple are used here as scent notes. They do not establish botanical content, concentration, skin benefit, calming, cooling, or another therapeutic effect.
Are the products natural, organic, non-toxic, synthetic-free, or certified cruelty-free?
Those claims are not published as approved product facts. Each requires precise evidence and authorized formula, certification, and legal review before use.
What cautions apply?
Current records support external use only, avoiding the eyes, nose, and mouth, and preventing ingestion. Follow the current package directions because the physical label remains the authority.

Which shipping methods are available?
Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Standard Shipping is $5.99 with an estimated 3 to 5 business days; it is free at $50 or more. Priority Shipping is $9.99 with an estimated 2 to 3 business days. Express Shipping is $14.99 with an estimated 1 to 2 business days.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
No. The displayed windows are estimates. The selected method and final charge must appear in cart, checkout, order records, and confirmation.
What is the return policy?
Review the Shipping and Returns page for the current policy, then contact support with your order reference before sending a product back. Policy and legal language require authorized review before launch.

How do I apply for pro pricing?
Submit the Pro Pricing application. A successful response means the application was durably received for review; it does not mean the business or a discount tier was approved.
Are displayed tiers a binding offer?
No. Displayed tiers are an application guide only. Eligibility, pricing, shipping, program benefits, and final terms require written approval from Sassy's.
